You will have the opportunity to work with different health care professionals in a fast-paced environment with room for growth.
Our perfect candidate is a driven, efficient, multi tasker who will treat our patients with the highest level of care and professionalism.
This candidate must have great phone etiquette, possess multi tasking capabilities and a positive attitude.
Medical Front office Responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
Greets patients professionally both in person and on the phone Quickly answers or properly referring questions and issues Notifies the back office of the patient's arrival Answers all incoming phones calls Distributes incoming faxes Verifies patient eligibility Schedules appointments either in person and/or on the phone Collects copayments at the time of patient's appointments Preps charts Performs various front-office duties in a fast-paced, customer-oriented clinical environment, as assigned
Qualifications:
High School or Equivalent Medical Office Experience (Highly Preferred) Medical Terminology (1 Year Preferred) Front Desk Experience (Highly Preferred) Spanish (Preferred) EMR Skills (Preferred) Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft programs Punctuality Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Job type:
