Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities (at the entry level):
Cultivate, grow, and strengthen consumer relations with a warm, sincere, and courteous demeanorServe as the primary liaison in our local community by conducting outreach and engagement activitiesAttend daily meetingS with senior program managers to stay up to date on emerging trends, understand program expectations and analyze progress to develop resolutions that exceed set goalsDerive confidential information from consumers such as contact information, identity verification, and address in order to verify eligibility for federal benefitsComplete full case evaluations and determine the client's' eligibility for the division programCommunity Outreach Associate Requirements:
No degree required, just excellent people skills for customers from all walks of lifeBackground in Customer Service, Community Outreach, or SalesExperience with public speaking, nonprofit organizations, and delivering educational presentationsConfident, articulate verbal and written communicator Comfortable communicating in communities with diverse populationsAbility to take initiative and seek out additional projectsGrasp company and program outreach knowledge quickly#LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHRAbout the Company:
