The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
As an Office Coordinator, you will support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties Answering phone calls and conducting client intakes Oversee the maintenance of office machines and keep all office supplies in order and stocked.
Coordinate general office duties.
General support of all agency programs.
Special event and community outreach support Provide Board of Directors administrative support.
All other duties deemed necessary by the Associate Executive Director Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role preferred Proficient in using phone systems and handling calls with professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed To learn more about Pathways, please visit www.
