Job DescriptionThe Dental Medical Director at Lakewood works under the direction of the Lakewood Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Dental Medical Director is accountable for the administration and operations of the Dental Clinic, General Practice Residency Program, and Elks Mobil Units.
In collaboration with the Director of the Dental Clinic Operations, will direct all administrative functions, clinic operations, dental residents, scheduling functions, all programs, activities and staff within the dental programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDDS or DMD degree.
Missouri Dental License.
Completion of a CODA Accredited GPR or AEGD ProgramExperience or advanced training in hospital protocol and function.
Experience managing every changing operational priorities.
Demonstrated experience in managing operations in a fast paced environment.
Maintain current BCLS certification.
