As a Car Wash Attendant you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, providing in-depth product knowledge, and creating an awesome brand experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage all areas of the car wash and retail store.
Further, you will need to have excellent communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting sales goals to maximize profitability.

50 an hour, dependent on experience Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Chemical Guys product discount Responsibilities Provide high quality customer service and offer an unforgettable experience Greet and engage customers, to discover their auto care product needs Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards, including restocking shelves to meet merchandising standards Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures Meet selling expectations and achieve individual and team sales goals to contribute to the location's overall success Effectively demonstrate product knowledge through hands-on product demo's to customers.
Maximize individual performance by accepting direction, coaching and feedback Guiding and prepping cars in to car wash Adhere to all company policy and procedures Must be cross-trained in all areas of the car wash, including retail operations, to effectively support in day-to-day functions of the carwash Able to work as a team in a fun and fast- paced environment Job duties and responsibilities may vary and employees may be assigned additional duties than those listed above Job Requirements:
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as well as stand for long periods of time Comfortable with regularly creating or participating in social media content Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company standards Willing and able to work in outdoor/indoor conditions during business hours Ability to move about in a store/car wash, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders and step stools, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs Must be minimum 18 years of age Skills and
Experience:
Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals as well as train employees to be effective sales people Car wash experience is a plus but not required Ability to timely problem-solve in a professional manner Fluency in a second language is a plus Job Type:
