  • Recruited and filled requirements for 5 salespeople, 2 loan processors,  an executive assistant and a receptionist, to complement existing organization in line with the objectives set;

  • Progressively moved up to Director for Research and Communications.  I was team leader for various account engagements (profit center) which required my leadership and hands-on contribution to research, design and engineering of new training programs down to the execution of those programs.

  • Led project teams and also supervised consultants in the areas of training design and execution and publishing.

 

 

SGV & Co, Recruitment Specialist, 1988 to 1990 

 

  • Responsible for ad placement, testing, initial interviews, coordinating interviews with the partners, processing new hire documents, and coordinating orientation seminars for up to 300 new junior auditors at a time to prepare for the tax season. 

  • Target achieved is to hire majority of the top 20 accounting board topnotchers; 100% of the positions were filled in a timely manner.
